Creating SMART goals; this generates a purpose for social platforms and enables us to have a tangible plan to work towards. We work closely with our clients throughout this phase to ensure the goals are related to the brand and consumers.
Checking out the social history; before implementing our strategy we look back at our clients social platforms (if already activated) to see what works and what doesn’t, this includes creating an audit as to which platforms have the best results, content type and how content compares to competitors.
Gathering inspiration; this includes collecting a vast amount of data and information through social listening, industry related news and audience behaviour.
Content creation; our favourite phase of the strategy! This is where we distinguish what content will encourage the most engagement to reach our clients SMART goals. At this point we ask ourselves questions such as; how often will we post? Who is our target audience? When is the most effective time to publish content? Which content type will best match our client’s online audience?
